Job Summary

Develop water/wastewater improvement plans and master plans under project manager direction, preparing technical reports and engineering design plans using AutoCAD. Review drafted plans, coordinate with subconsultants, and manage task budgets and schedules. Assist project managers with client coordination, marketing, and responding to RFPs within the water/wastewater sector. Represent Trinity at industry events and conferences as needed. Oversee junior EITs and drafters, providing mentorship for their technical development while pursuing training to maintain professional competency. Respond to task-related inquiries and deliver plans to meet client assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona
  • Qualify to obtain a PE license in Arizona
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an engineer
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation
  • Experience with engineering reports and land development plans
  • Familiarity with water/wastewater systems and municipal standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Desired Qualifications

  • Modeling software experience
