Job Summary
Design, plan, and oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality oversight. Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports while conducting site investigations, feasibility studies, and design evaluations. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout project phases to monitor progress and troubleshoot technical challenges. Support proposal development and contribute to pursuit strategies as needed. Stay current on water and wastewater regulations, design technologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited program
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
