Job Summary
Respond to guest repair requests by confirming and documenting completion through the electronic work order platform. Keep room and public space preventative maintenance up to date and on schedule per the hotel PM Program. Conduct full property walks at the beginning and end of each shift to note and complete any maintenance needs. Ensure all safety measures and pool/spa health codes are followed, reporting emergency concerns to the supervisor. Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas during and after shifts. Work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires at least two years of commercial facility or hospitality experience.

- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based upon the demands of the hotel
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time, unless otherwise directed by your immediate supervisor
- Provide sufficient notice as directed by your supervisor when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Read, write, understand and communicate with others effectively using the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Technical, Trade or Vocational school degree preferred
- At least 2 years of work-related experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred
