Job Summary
Respond to guest repair requests, confirm and document completion via the electronic work order platform, and ensure all preventative maintenance for rooms and public spaces remains up to date and on schedule. Conduct full property walks at the beginning and end of every shift to note and complete any maintenance needs, while keeping maintenance areas clean and organized. Adhere strictly to safety and health codes, including pool and spa protocols, and report any emergency or life safety concerns immediately to your supervisor. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn, while following established guidelines and procedures in a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work-related experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based upon the demands of the hotel

Desired Qualifications
- Technical, Trade or Vocational school degree
