Job Summary
Support Probe FOAK TOR equipment evaluation, installation, and deployment across manufacturing sites while deploying best-known methods to address procedure gaps. Partner with HVM site teams to develop new process implementations, monitor OEE for improvement opportunities, and manage software release activities. Diagnose equipment issues in the probe area, implement effective solutions, and leverage AI-enabled tools to optimize troubleshooting efficiency and workflow productivity. Lead site equipment owners on SWAT projects, respond to internal and external customer requests, and adhere to safety protocols including lockout and chemical practices. Complete assigned projects independently while adjusting to functional rotations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with manufacturing probe procedures and machinery
- Experience operating probe test equipment
- A proven understanding of equipment mechanical and electrical fundamentals, including electronic circuits, infrastructure, mechanical functions, and equipment reliability
- Knowledge of key equipment metrics, including utilization, OEE, MTTR, and MTBF, with a strong understanding of related benchmarks
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and structured problem-solving tools, including KTDA, Risk Assessment, FMEA, and approaches to support evolving workflows
- Good command of English with effective communication skills
- A basic understanding of probe processes, probe program languages for memory device coding, SEC/GEM, GPIB, and information system communication protocols
- Demonstrated ability to adopt and effectively use AI, digital tools, and automation technologies in daily work
- A Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience and education
- A self-motivated and hardworking personality with a positive outlook
- A general understanding of backend operations for component assembly, and component test operations
- The ability to lead worldwide business processes and take a business process approach in worldwide networks
- Agility to lead and complete prioritized action items from both tactical and strategic points of view
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience in SharePoint list management and in writing optimized SQL queries
Desired Qualifications
- familiarity with backend test equipment
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics, reporting, or problem-solving tools
- Experience with Data Visualization platforms and libraries such as Tableau and Power BI
