ENGINEER

Conduct fire and safety inspections, correcting any discrepancies found. Administer the preventative maintenance program by properly completing work orders on time. Communicate professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and vendors to discuss repair scopes, products, and materials. Obtain pricing and bids as directed. Complete training regarding safety, security, department procedures, and service guidelines. Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional image through appearance and dress. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
