Mold Engineer for the Underfoot Platforms Mold Team responsible for mold development, engineering execution, and supplier/vendor partnership management across development, commercialization, and production phases for VF footwear brands. Lead mold design from concept through production release, drive cross-functional collaboration with Brand Development, Sourcing, Quality, and Materials, and ensure manufacturability, cost, lead-time, and sustainability targets. Execute mold trials and validation with factories, support low-impact tooling methods, and travel to manufacturing partners in Asia to enable production readiness. Requires expertise in mold construction, CAD-based design, and mass-production manufacturing methods, with experience working with mold vendors and manufacturing partners in Asia. Proactive communicator at Senior Manager/Director levels and able to function as both an individual contributor and team member.
