Engineer Testwafer Management (w/m/div.)

Job Summary
Manage test wafer management business processes, including volume planning for FOUP and FOSB and consumption analysis of test wafers and non-productive wafers. Drive process stability and availability by analyzing data to improve process quality and reduce costs within the semiconductor manufacturing area. Maintain and adapt existing processes for new applications while supporting projects focused on process flexibility and cost reduction. Act as the internal point of contact to steer project progress, coordinating with controlling and requesting support from Quality, IT, and Procurement as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent training
- First practical experience and professional leadership experience
- Good knowledge of semiconductor processes in a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and quality methods
- Proficiency in Office applications
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speech
- Self-reliant and responsible work style
- Team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- High degree of reliability
