Job Summary
Provide excellent aftersales technical support to achieve high customer satisfaction towards Honda brand. Handle dealer warranty and transport claim submissions. Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain and improve satisfaction with Honda services and brand. Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks as delegated by a superior. Compile data to support internal Honda units and departments. Apply PDCA to analyse areas for improvement across divisions. Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by superiors.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
