Job Summary
Technical service engineer role focused on installation, commissioning and troubleshooting for customer systems; provides remote and field service support; manages value-added service contracts including preventive maintenance, Retrofit and Upgrade projects; requires a full-time university degree, familiarity with Siemens or Fanuc systems (preferred), and willingness to travel frequently. Strong English communication and broad background in mechanical, electrical automation, and software are advantageous. Located in Taicang, China.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time university degree
- CET 4 or above
- Able to communicate with foreign engineers
- Good written English skills
