• •Deep Microsoft 365 / Azure and enterprise SaaS architecture and administration knowledge
• •Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise SaaS platforms
• •Strong automation and scripting ability (PowerShell, Power Automate) and the ability to design scalable, secure, automated solutions
• •Ability to serve as senior escalation and design authority and to mentor junior technical staff
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to assessing issues, identifying root causes, and developing and implementing effective solutions independently
