Job Summary
Conduct system-level test for amplifier products, including creating test specifications and design documents based on project schedules and customer requirements. Optimize test specifications by applying internal standardized processes and global standards such as IATF 16949, while improving efficiency through test automation. Validate system consistency by executing tests at customer sites and in actual vehicles, and manage the setup of system test environments. Support product development projects while communicating technical information clearly to customer and functional groups. This role requires five years of supplier experience with automotive OEMs, three years in in-vehicle product development, and the ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of test design (Three years or more)
- Experience of in-vehicle products development (Three years or more)
- Experience and knowledge related to in-vehicle LAN
- Able to communicate in Japanese (spoken and written)
- Business level English skill
- Five + year experience as a supplier to any car manufacture or working for any automotive OEM
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage several projects efficiently and meet schedules, as well as work under pressure and maintain a high level of output
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft products
- Demonstrates ability to take charge when necessary
- Demonstrates ability to get ideas across through clear and logical communication
- Demonstrates ability to lead meetings, speak in public, and prepare written correspondence
