Job Summary
Engineer – Support role providing Level 2 network, IT, and AV infrastructure support to end users, including troubleshooting of ethernet networking and complex audio, video, and networking problems. Responsible for developing customer-facing and internal documentation (best practices, troubleshooting flowcharts, training materials, FAQs) and preparing periodic incident reports, SLA adherence, uptime, and performance metrics. Collaborates with engineering, applications engineering, technical services, and QA to address problems, escalate issues, and drive improvements. Takes ownership of escalated cases from Associate Engineers and leads them to resolution, delivering exceptional customer service and infrastructure support. Located in Bangalore, India, with a focus on network and AV operations and proactive monitoring to prevent issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Engineering
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience supporting network and AV operations
- Network routing & switching
- Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts, as well as knowledge or related networking/AV disciplines
- Possess a customer-centric mindset
