Job Summary
Conduct product development and innovation using PLM, GD&T, VA/VE, and FMEA methodologies. Execute laboratory mechanical testing for tensile, hardness, and metallurgy analysis on sheet metal components. Manage automotive quality requirements including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC. Apply process and manufacturing knowledge across forming, assembly, joining, and quality domains for global customers. This role supports Cosma's lightweight and innovative product solutions within Magna's global automotive engineering team.
