Job Summary
Senior engineering leader role building voice-based autonomous agents and conversational AI for banking platforms. You will design and launch AI systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Azure AI services, and related AI tooling; integrate LLM models and cognitive services into enterprise apps to deliver natural language and voice interactions; implement agentic workflows and orchestrations across containerized runtimes in AWS/Azure; ensure security, compliance, observability, and high reliability; mentor engineers and collaborate with data scientists, designers, cloud engineers, and architects to deliver AI-powered features. Strong emphasis on scalable, secure, regulated-environment AI solutions, with experience in AI/voice, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and modern programming languages. Advanced degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience is a plus, with 5+ years in software development and a demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale AI/cloud-based solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development and architecture experience in production environments
- Hands-on AI/ML expertise with NLP or speech recognition
- Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude) and conversational AI/voice assistant development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services
- Experience with CI/CD and containerized deployments (AKS, EKS, ECS)
- Programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar; API/microservices development
- Strong system design and distributed architectures knowledge
- Security, privacy, and Responsible AI best practices for regulated environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher; Master’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with banking/financial services domain regulatory considerations
