Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Quality

Initiate QRQC in the QIM database, participate in containment, and validate robustness of containment actions. Support APU Managers in analyzing assigned issues, update quality tracking charts for customer returns and cost of non-quality, and perform line audits to detect standard non-compliance. Verify 4M matrix respect during product or process changes, update quality documents following process changes, and ensure continuous conformance to generate product to specification. Represent the customer on quality matters, including communication and escalation, while ensuring rules are respected during APU QRQC meetings.
