Engineer / Sr. Engineer - PCL & Electrical Maintenance

Manage standards by creating and updating maintenance work instructions in e-WorkStation & PM+, preparing preventive maintenance plans with standard times, and training production teams on proper task application. Ensure equipment availability by defining spare parts inventory standards, sourcing suppliers, and leading troubleshooting for electrical or mechanical malfunctions. Improve reliability through PDCA, FTA, and 5 WHYs analysis while participating in ERIM, QRQC, and TPM progress meetings. Act to minimize equipment non-availability by defining actions to avoid breakdowns, preparing LLC & Kaizen Cards, and supporting major technical issues. Lead continuous improvement on KPIs such as TRP, MTTR, and MTBF, contributing to budget preparation and maintenance organization performance.
