Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance

Manage standards by creating and updating maintenance work instructions in e-WorkStation & PM+, preparing preventive maintenance plans with standard times, and ensuring equipment documentation availability. Train production teams on preventive maintenance tasks and lead troubleshooting for electrical or mechanical malfunctions while supporting major technical issues. Improve reliability through obsolescence actions, cycle time measurements, and micro-stoppages observation, then pilot PDCA, FTA, and 5 WHYs to reduce breakdown recurrence. Participate in ERIM workshops, QRQC meetings, and weekly TPM/TRP progress sessions to maximize equipment availability and optimize maintenance KPIs. Lead actions to minimize non-availability, prepare LLC & Kaizen Cards, and contribute to budget preparation and spare parts sourcing contracts.
