Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Manufacturing

Conduct daily operations for the APZ, including OJT on standards, enforcing health, safety, and environmental rules, and monitoring equipment performance via TPM and cycle time measurements. Manage production headcounts, inventory targets, and MPS compliance while reviewing daily QRAPs and escalating issues to the APU. Lead continuous improvement by driving Kaizen cards, VPS workshops, and PDCA cycles to enhance SQCDM performance and productivity. Oversee personnel induction, training plans, annual appraisals, and salary reviews to maintain a positive social climate. Prepare weekly headcount proposals, manage the APZ budget, and contribute to equipment start-ups and zoning evolution.
