Job Summary
Responsible for geometric design tasks on highways and airport projects, leading the design process in collaboration with a team of engineers, and delivering technically sound and innovative design solutions. You will oversee design development, modelling, drafting, and documentation, drive performance within the project team, and ensure adherence to standards and timelines. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with 3–7 years of international experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and hands-on experience with 3D design software (NovaPoint, Civil3D) and 2D tools (AutoCAD, MicroStation). The position is based in Gurgaon, India, with a focus on projects possibly involving international contexts and multicultural teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 to 7 years of international experience in detailed design
- Proven experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams
- Hands-on experience with 3D design software such as NovaPoint and Civil3D
- Proficiency in 2D design tools including AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Experience in geometric design tasks for highways, roads, and/or airport projects
