Job Summary

Process Engineer – Aerospace Manufacturing: Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and work instructions; quote new and repeat aerospace components and assemblies; support heat treating, brazing (vacuum furnace, torch & induction), and welding; collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve manufacturability and efficiency; support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives; review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements. Requires aerospace manufacturing experience and a BS degree in a relevant engineering discipline; NADCAP and AS9100 environments preferred; CAD/CAM experience preferred; will train the right candidate.

Required Qualifications

  • Aerospace manufacturing experience required
  • BS degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent aerospace manufacturing experience
  • Experience with NADCAP and AS9100 environments preferred
  • Familiarity with special processes and aerospace specifications
  • Experience with machining and/or sheet metal fabrication is a plus
  • CAD/CAM experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Will train the right candidate
