Job Summary
Develop and support custom-built systems across cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-premise environments at scale, taking end-to-end ownership from design through testing and implementation. Collaborate with trading, risk, and settlement stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions, write clean .NET/C# code, and contribute to ongoing improvement. Senior engineers will mentor teammates, set technical standards, and influence design decisions while helping drive adoption of AI tools and automation to accelerate delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of software development experience with Microsoft .NET, ideally C#
- Strong database skills in Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server
- Solid experience with cloud platforms — AWS and/or Azure
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and curious about what they unlock
- Senior: mentoring and coaching engineers, setting technical standards, and being a trusted voice on complex design decisions
