Job Summary
Engineer software for cloud and applications, adapting mobile control station software to a cloud environment, building Infrastructure-as-Code and deploying to a cloud environment with containerization, instrumentation, security, and system testing. Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams in an Agile software development environment. Qualifications include a STEM degree (Bachelor’s with 2 years experience or Master’s with 0 years), knowledge of IaC, Docker/Kubernetes, software-defined networking, scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Python), and experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence). Preferred qualifications include cloud certifications (Azure/AWS), RBAC, IAM, ArgoCD/Flux, Gitlab, and a TS/SCI or higher clearance; travel up to 10% and location onsite in El Segundo, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline
- 2 years of related engineering experience OR 0 years with Master’s degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Government clearance and SAP
