Job Summary
Provide engineering support and maintenance for sortation machines and warehouse automation systems, executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Monitor equipment performance, identify improvement areas, and liaise with vendors to troubleshoot, test, and implement new equipment for productivity projects. Collaborate closely with operations to ensure optimal machine function and report equipment status to the Engineering Services Manager. Perform assigned tasks under Team Leader direction while adhering to a 3-shift rotation schedule including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work on a 3-shift rotation schedule, including weekends
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics
- 1–3 years of practical experience in an operations, production, and/or facilities maintenance environment
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of simple automation logic
- Knowledge of sorting equipment and material handling systems
- Having WAH or other relevant safety certificates
- Basic Microsoft Office skills for documentation purposes
