Job Summary

Engineering role focused on designing, validating, and supporting electronics for semiconductor test equipment. Responsible for defining design requirements, prototyping and testing SSD test equipment, PCB design and board layout oversight, digital circuit design (FPGA), PCIe and DDR interfaces, analog and power supply design, signal/power integrity analysis, manufacturing/DFM-DFT alignment, collaboration with cross-functional teams, documentation and change management, and supporting released designs through deployment and issue resolution. Emphasis on test equipment development, verification, and qualification with hands-on lab work using oscilloscopes, meters, and related tooling.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
  • Experience developing, designing, and verifying electronics for semiconductor test equipment
  • PCB design and board layout supervision
  • Designing digital circuits and logic (FPGA)
  • PCIe Express and DDR memory interfaces
  • Power supply and analog circuit design
  • Signal and power integrity analysis and simulation (e.g., HyperLynx)
  • DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability) requirements
  • Collaboration with manufacturing and NPI teams
  • Documentation and design control processes
  • Prototype development, testing, deployment, and issue resolution
  • Design of experiments and reporting
