Job Summary
Oversee and administer current operating technologies to support the firm's legal practices and business operations. Identify, support, and implement industry-leading systems that enhance client service and firm operations. Determine gaps between current and desired states of Enterprise Systems and assist in designing solutions based on business objectives and user requirements. Serve as a technical resource for both new and operational projects, managing systems, frameworks, architecture, and standards. Support platforms used to deliver Enterprise Systems to end users and ensure compliance with firm and industry best practices for usability, security, and information governance. Resolve functional and technical issues and participate in analyzing defects discovered during quality assurance. Requires minimum of 3 years of job-related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of job related experience
