Job Summary
As a Senior Engineer in Product Development/Design, you will apply extensive engineering knowledge to meet customer expectations and lead innovative projects. Responsibilities include developing unique solutions to complex problems, investigating technology trends, and implementing new technologies. You will also supervise and mentor less experienced engineers, maintain adherence to quality systems, and champion continuous improvement initiatives within Integer’s Manufacturing Excellence culture. Proven expertise in medical device manufacturing and recognized problem-solving methodologies is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles and experiences
- Experience in medical device manufacturing
- Strong technical and problem solving foundation
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in engineering or related technical field
- Training and certifications in problem-solving and project management methodologies such as 6-Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP
