Job Summary
Engineer/Senior Engineer in Lifecycle Services responsible for executing small expansion projects, site upgrades and testing (SAT), cybersecurity solutions, and customer workshops; delivering lifecycle service offerings (AMC, Preventive and Warranty AMCs, ST packages) and chargeable service visits; providing technical support across DeltaV components (DeltaV Batch, SIS, Charms I/O, VIM, third-party integrations) and aligning service delivery with SMO; driving service reports, lead generation, regional revenue growth, and building expertise through certifications in cybersecurity, virtualization, DeltaV SIS, and DeltaV Live; requires collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams and a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Foundational knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Effective communication and customer interaction skills
