Job Summary
Experienced RF/Analog IC Design Engineer to design RFICs for cellular transceivers deployed in handsets and networked devices. Responsibilities include selecting circuit topologies for RF/analog blocks, collaborating with system, digital design, and verification teams to define performance targets, overseeing layout with extraction parasitics, reporting technical status and progress, producing design documentation and presentation materials, and collaborating with lab test engineers on bring-up, performance optimization, characterization, debugging, and root-cause analysis. Required skills include RFIC design experience in wireless communications using RF CMOS technologies, familiarity with cellular transceiver concepts, and strong teamwork and communication abilities. Education: MSEE preferred; BSEE acceptable.

- Experience in design of RFICs for wireless communication in RF CMOS technologies
- Knowledge of cellular system standards and cellular transceivers is preferred
- Good teamwork and communication skills
