Job Summary
Correspond with candidates and agencies, arrange interviews, and manage the full recruiting process for new graduates, mid-career, and interns across the global Rakuten Group. Prepare onboarding procedures, support overseas employees with visa matters, and organize recruiting events and seminars. Manage offshore and temporary staff while conducting recruiting data analysis and promoting AI and automation. Create and implement systems to establish and operate efficient, high-quality recruiting processes in a diverse, international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience (more than 2 years) in an environment where speed and accuracy are required, such as sales offices, secretaries, and group assistants
- Business level PC skills (Microsoft Office etc.)
- Business level in Japanese
- Business level or over 3 years' experience in English (TOEIC over 800 points)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the entire recruitment operation
- Experience as a recruiter (both new graduates and mid-career)
- Experience in an organization that handles more than 300 hires per year
- Experience with mid-term strategy, system development, and system migration for recruitment operations
