Job Summary
Engineer Quality role focused on developing and monitoring quality management systems to ensure FDA/regulatory compliance; maintains Process Variance Reports and Annual Product Reviews for manufacturing and distribution sites; ensures GMP documentation and regulatory adherence; leads CAPA investigations, uses FMEA and HAZOP for process assessment, supports training and SOP development, and conducts data-driven process improvements to enhance product quality and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Science or Engineering field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing of food, cosmetics or pharmaceutical products
- Knowledge of GMPs and FDA regulations
- Ability to develop technical compliant documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
