Job Summary
Develop and maintain Quality Assurance procedures and records per ISO standards while training personnel on quality system requirements. Interface with departments and customers to address quality issues, defining corrective actions and driving continuous improvement projects in safety, quality, productivity, and cost saving. Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies to address internal quality issues and customer complaints, participating in ISO internal audits and production readiness programs. Assess risk evaluations and mitigate quality issues, while supervising quality technician activities and performing data analysis using JMP and SQL for reliability investigations.
Required Qualifications
- 4 -7 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor Degree in any technical field from accredited program
- Good oral and written communication skill
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Good team orientation
- Possess change orientation and continuous learning attitude
- Possess initiative and commitment to achieve
- Proven problem-solving skill
- Possess the ability to lead team
- Proven influential and decision-making skill
- Excellent computer knowledge skills
- Proven Knowledge of ISO standards, IEC Standard, VDE or UL requirements
- Knowledge of internal or external audits
- Proven knowledge in statistical application and data analysis skill
- Must be able to wear a respirator at any given time
- Ability to wear a respirator requires little or no facial hair
- Sit and stand periodically during the day
- Will walk and climb stairs
- May lift up to 50 lbs
- Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects
- May stoop, crouch, talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities are required
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Six Sigma knowledge with Green Belt certification
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification added advantage
- Basic knowledge in JMP and SQL added advantage
