Job Summary
Prepare, review, and deliver QA documentation for Port Cranes and Port Solutions, including Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Factory Test Plans (FTP). Manage customer, internal, and external project documentation by collecting NDT reports, painting reports, and inspection records. Coordinate with QA and Manufacturing teams to upload documents into company systems, maintain document registers, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements. Monitor documentation progress and provide status updates to Project Managers. This role is based in SP Infocity, Hadapsar, Pune, with flexibility for hybrid/remote working.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 4-6 years of experience in QA Documentation, Document Control, or Engineering Documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Heavy Engineering, Material Handling Equipment, Manufacturing, EPC, or Crane Industry
- Strong understanding of QA Documentation
- Strong understanding of ITP (Inspection Test Plan)
- Strong understanding of FTP/FAT Documentation
- Strong understanding of Document Control Processes
- Experience working with technical documents, drawings, manuals, and engineering specifications
- Knowledge of SAP and Teamcenter
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders
