Job Summary
Direct and oversee the introduction of new products and components into the manufacturing environment, maintain and update product information in ISO environments, create and maintain specifications for raw materials and purchased components, ensure ISO compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products, identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency, and provide technical support to manufacturing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in product engineering or a related role preferred
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ISO standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
