Job Summary
Product Engineer 1 develops, maintains, and validates manufacturing documentation, tooling, and process requirements for cable assemblies, wire harnesses, PCB assemblies, and electromechanical products; collaborates with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Planning, Estimating, Quality, and NPI to transition products to production; interprets drawings/specifications, supports engineering changes, assists in root-cause investigations, and contributes to process improvements and new product introductions; requires strong communication, problem solving, and cross-functional teamwork in an office/production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Associate Degree in Engineering Technology with relevant industry experience may be considered
- Entry level to three (3) years of engineering, manufacturing, or technical experience
- Experience supporting cable assembly, electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or related industries preferred
