Job Summary
Analyze SPC and ESPC charts using SPACE and JMP to maintain quality troubleshooting rates and reduce OOC. Create SPC charts, modify SLDB, and ensure recipe compliance using PROMIS and RMS. Lead engineers on improvement projects, process window studies, and tool matching DOE to drive Uptime and OEE goals. Resolve complex technical issues, yield excursions, and cross-fab benchmarking activities while self-auditing documentation for TS16949 standards. Coach junior engineers on troubleshooting skills and risk assessment. Work Normal or Swing shifts in a global foundry environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
- Normal / Swing Shift (or 12-hour rotating shift if required)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in foundry or similar industry background
