Job Summary
The Engineer Process Engineering position involves reviewing, analyzing, and responding to inline process control charts to meet quality, cost, and productivity goals. Responsibilities include troubleshooting process-related issues, executing actions for optimizing production, leading improvement projects, and collaborating with various teams to establish standard operating processes and conduct failure mode and effects analysis. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. Experience in manufacturing and process improvement is preferred.

- Specialization in manufacturing or relevant working experience
- Internship experience in equipment engineering/wafer fab/clean room
- Exposure to process improvement
- Hands-on skills in lean manufacturing
