Job Summary
Lead development and implementation of Injection Molding and Extrusion projects, including new products, materials, designs, and modified processes. Define process setting parameters, perform Design of Experiments (DoE), and prepare technical packages for equipment. Execute FAT & SAT, handle change controls, and support validation activities like IQ/OQ/PQ. Act as Subject Matter Expert for global teams, exchanging best practices and resolving technical challenges. Ensure all documentation and processes meet regulatory and quality standards. Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with 2–3 years of manufacturing experience. Competitive salary, 13th month pay, and health insurance included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Injection Molding and/or Extrusion manufacturing environments
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in medical devices or other regulated manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Process Validation, and DoE
