Job Summary
Mission Assurance Engineer / Principal Mission Assurance Engineer for the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. Responsible for QA, risk management, safety, reliability, and maintainability of Sentinel achievements; perform technical reviews of drawings, SOWs, and requirements; support PQM with Sentinel Mission Assurance and program-management requirements; develop and maintain Sentinel Program Quality Plans and metrics; support FRBs and PCAB processes; assist in Program Review packages and corrective actions; collaborate with IPT MA & QE on acceptance requirements; travel up to 10% and relocate-as-available. Requires DoD Secret clearance and a Bachelor's with 2+ years (or higher degrees) in engineering; primary salary range $98,400 - $147,600 with potential overtime and incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience OR Masters degree OR PhD for Mission Assurance Engineer
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain PAR
- Experience with quality management systems to support program processes, audits, and/or improvements
- Experience with manufacturing and quality assurance processes
- Technical reviews of drawings, SOWs, and requirements traceability documents
- Experience with measurement, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting for program performance
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of program management requirements and corrective actions (PCAB, FRBs)
- Willingness to travel (10% of time)
- U.S. citizenship required for government-clearance roles
- Bachelor/Master/PhD in engineering or related field
