Job Summary
Assist with operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, including changing light bulbs, performing preventative maintenance on guest rooms, ice machines, HVAC systems, and laundry equipment. Execute trade jobs such as carpentry, painting, and plumbing while handling guest requests and work orders. Immediately follow up on alarms to determine location and cause, then report emergency status to the Front Desk. Monitor energy conservation and repair small equipment upon request. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and preferred trade licensing. Full-time role with competitive benefits including daily pay and medical coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry etc.)
