Job Summary
Receive consolidated customer demand from marketing, upload master production data in SAP, and plan production based on fluctuating schedules while managing inventory levels across locations. Check raw material coverage and equipment availability, then schedule shifts and resources to meet demand on time. Monitor costs to ensure the process stays within budget, conduct daily reporting on performance, and highlight anticipated risks to upper management. Execute quick adjustments to handle disruptions, supervise machine loading and execution, and lead root cause analysis for gaps in production, delivery, cost, and inventory. Drive continuous productivity improvements and ensure 100% adherence to SAP transactions.
