Job Summary
The PAS Engineer provides technical support and application guidance for wastewater products, submersible pumps, and pumping systems. Responsibilities include handling technical inquiries, reviewing application requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and supporting global commercial and engineering teams. Produce accurate estimates or written replies for work requests, manage own queues, maintain expert product knowledge, listen to and convey customer requirements, and ensure timely responses and high-quality, customer-satisfaction outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 4-Year bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 0 to 1 years' experience in Mechanical Engineering domain
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Effective communication in English is a must
- Knowledge of international & industry standards
- Co-ordination between Inter-company & Intra-Company people for execution
- Understanding of water & wastewater technologies and their application
