Job Summary
Assist with operation maintenance and repair of equipment, including changing light bulbs, performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms, ice machines, and HVAC systems, and executing trade jobs such as carpentry, painting, and plumbing. Immediately follow up on alarms to determine location and cause, report emergency status to the Front Desk, and monitor energy conservation. Handle guest requests and other work orders as assigned by the supervisor. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to drive a shuttle van when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry etc.)
- Preferentemente conocimiento básico y experiencia en carpintería plomería reparación mecánica pintura y sistemas de aire acondicionado y calefacción (HVAC)
