Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and complete report work orders for hotel upkeep, including replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and patching vinyl. Assist in checking electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing while making routine and major repairs on kitchen, laundry, and pool equipment. Maintain building exterior and curb appeal through snow removal, lawn care, and painting. Refurbish guest room furniture and fixtures, assist with guest deliveries, and respond courteously to guest inquiries. Work in extreme temperatures and adhere to strict safety and security protocols.
