Job Summary
Identify yield gain opportunities and implement strategies to achieve yield targets. Plan and enhance baseline improvement programs, ensuring accurate process control charts, and adherence to limits. Collaborate with Process Integration and Production to exceed goals while managing defects and updates to defect libraries. Characterize process responses, define margins, and qualify new processes to reduce scrap. Evaluate products for design compliance and conduct research for process improvements. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and experience in wafer fabrication.
