Job Summary
supervise and summarize short-term capacity through analysis and communication; oversee capacity heatmap; identify opportunities to improve plan gap; lead maxout project; set up capacity reports and indices; collaborate with ME/IE Engineers; apply industrial engineering and manufacturing science concepts to manage capacity and related metrics; drive OEE/Utilization projects and associated capacity initiatives; perform analysis of MA and RPT performance to plan gaps; coordinate cross-departmental communication on capacity metrics; create and validate capacity indices/metrics and reports; participate in SIPP and Offload projects.
