Job Summary
Build AI-powered internal tools, agentic workflows, and automation systems that improve engineering, innovation, product, data, and business processes. Design, develop, test, and deploy AI applications using Python, LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and lightweight user interfaces to create agents for knowledge retrieval, document generation, and workflow automation. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify workflow pain points, validate use cases, and turn ideas into working tools within A-Lab, a forward-looking innovation team within Consumer Audio Engineering. This role prioritizes practical building experience over formal credentials, welcoming fresh graduates or early-career candidates who can demonstrate strong hands-on capability and a builder mindset.
