Job Summary
Design and deliver Modern Workplace solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure, helping organizations transform employee collaboration and secure communication. Implement and optimize technologies including Intune, Windows 10, Cloud App Security, AIP, and Microsoft Defender while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Support solution design, pre-sales activities, and customer workshops to drive security, governance, and compliance outcomes. Leverage PowerShell, Power Platform, and unified communications expertise to enable secure device management and identity governance. Work within a Microsoft Partner of the Year team offering remote/hybrid flexibility and clear career pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in Modern Workplace and Cloud Technology platforms
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Enterprise Mobility + Security
- Experience with M365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner
- Experience with Device Management: Remote desktop services, Virtualization (AVD), Identity Management, Intune, AutoPilot, EUC (Citrix) & Mobile Device Management
- Security and Compliance: Licensing, Governance, Data management, Features, Identity Governance, Microsoft Information Protection & conditional access
- Unified Communications solutions and products across Microsoft 365 including Teams Calling, audio & video conferencing
- Experience with PowerShell, Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
- Baseline or NV1 security clearance or be an Australian citizen able to be cleared
- Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra
- Permanent, full-time basis

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
