Job Summary
Design and develop outdoor enclosures in the sheet metal domain for telecommunication products, managing new product development, VA/VE, and quality improvement projects from end to end. Estimate, plan, and execute projects with team members to meet customer deadlines while performing analytical calculations and participating in design reviews. Coordinate with senior engineers and management on design and development, independently handle large Creo CAD assemblies and modifications, and maintain quality and schedule adherence through defined communication plans. Requires Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum three years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in New Product Design
- Excellent command on Creo into sheet metal domain
- Experience on Part & Assembly Modelling, Drafting and Engineering Change Orders
- Hands on experience on any PDM/PLM tools like Oracle PLM, Team Center, Windchill
- Knowledge of material selection & Sheet metal manufacturing processes
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
- A willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in handling large Creo CAD assemblies and manage modifications
- Experience on design of Telecom/Electrical/Electronic Enclosure Product
- Experience on DFMEA & DFMA of Product assembly processes
- Experience in Value Engineering and Value Analysis projects
