Engineer - Mechanical/Chemical

Assist in smaller engineering projects or defined areas of larger projects by investigating, evaluating, and producing technically correct, cost-effective designs or recommendations. Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established procedures, including routine and diagnostic testing of components and systems. Work under supervision in the field to develop competencies in the discipline while building relationships for knowledge transfer and cross-functional collaboration. Continually expand technical and business skills through initiative with guidance from others. This role supports Talen Energy's mission to power the future through safe, efficient operations across diverse fuel sources, including nuclear and natural gas.
